Project Review
We conduct a comprehensive assessment of each project to determine its bankability and alignment with institutional financing standards. This review covers technical, financial, contractual, and regulatory readiness to ensure the project can withstand lender due diligence and proceed efficiently through the approval process. Projects typically qualify when they meet the following requirements:
- Minimum financing requirement of USD 50 million
- Completed or near-final off-take or purchase-power agreements (PPAs) – commodity projects such as LNG or gold may be exempt
- Advanced EPC contracting, including negotiated terms or near-finalized engineering and construction scopes
- Finalized feasibility studies for real estate projects
- Minimum 10% sponsor equity contribution
- Clear permitting pathway, with major approvals secured or actively in progress
- A robust financial model demonstrating project viability, lender compliance, and sustainable cash flows
- Defined risk allocation across EPC, off-takers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders

Once a project is validated, we leverage our institutional network to secure financing—often up to 90% of total project cost, subject to due diligence and overall project strength.
