Who We Are

We are  a consulting firm that sources financing for standalone projects that have compelling fundamentals spearheaded by a strong management team.

For many emerging companies, they lack the ability to raise capital through conventional sources for large projects with great attributes. These projects have sound economics and a financially stable contracted buyer of the output from the built project. At Trikaidia, we look beyond the financial position of the project owner but place emphasis on the quality of the project and design a structure that accommodates both the lender and borrower. We have a large network from which we source and match an ideal lender for the project owner.

Typical projects that we assist would include but not limited to energy, farming, commercial and residential real estate, infrastructure, biofuels, and manufacturing.
