Project specifications to qualify for financing typically includes:

• Financing request of a minimum of $40 million USD
• Offtake agreements are completed or in final stages
• Feasibility studies required for real estate projects
• Engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts are completed or in final stages
• Borrower has a minimum equity position of at least 10% of the project value (example - project cost is $100 million and borrower has invested $10 million)
